Is there anybody who has not heard about horses kept under terrible conditions or about cruelty against them? One of our main objectives is to eliminate places where horses, these wonderful creatures do not get treatement which they deserve, where their basic needs, veterinary care and safety living conditions can not be ensured.

from a ground where three horses were vegetating near to a horse cadaver which might have been left there several weeks ago. The animals were skinny, lousy, abandoned.
The horses which were still alive have been confiscated with the help of police and now they are in the territory of the Foundation.

The respect and love for horses encouraged us to start this foundation with the aim of taking care for old, disabled and injured horses.

Unfortunately we do not have enough time to place daily reports on our homepage about the tragic past of our protected horses but we are happy to receive visitors who are interested in our protecting activity. We are open for them daily from 8.00 to 18.30.

Our dedication, love and endeavour to do something for the horses in emergency is endless but not our financial sources. We have several plans as to enlarge the territory, to make the stables more comfortable because we receive weekly emergency calls but without the help of our protectors we are not capable to give shelter for more horses.

We are in bad need of the support offered by animal lovers in order to be able to give chances to our animal friends who deserve a better life even if they are old or ill and are no more capable to bring profit for their masters.

We rely on the charity of people who have heart for animals so that we could give the chance to the horses for a peaceful, comfortable retirement close to the nature.

Don't forget,they deserve more than given to them by us, humans.

One can choose among the following supports, subsidies:

Feed me, give me water, and care for me, and when the day'swork is done, give me shelter, a clean bed and a wide stall.
Talk to me. Your voice often substitutes for the reins for me.
Be good to me and I will serve you cheerfully and love you.
Don't jerk the reins and don't raise the whip.
Don't beat or kick me when I don't understand you,
but rather give me time to understand you.
Don't consider it disobedience if I don't follow your commands.
Perhaps there is a problem with my saddle and bridle or hooves.
Check my teeth if I don't eat, maybe I have a toothache.
You know how that hurts.
Don't halter me too short and don't dock my
tail... it's my only weapon against flies and mosquitoes.
And at the end, dear master, when I am no longer any use to you,
don't let me go hungry or freeze and don't sell me.
Don't give me a master who slowly tortures me to death and lets me starve,
but rather be merciful and take care of me,
by letting me run and enjoy a warm pasture.
Let me request this of you and please don't regard it as disrespectful
if I ask it in the name of Him who was born in a stable like me.
